My Airbnb Chester

Last night I had a big event happening in Chester so needed to have a look for somewhere to stay so that I could relax after work and enjoy the night. After a quick search on Monday night (I’m oh so organised!) I finally settled on an Airbnb (as if I’d pick anything else!) , so here’s a quick review!

Based in Hoole and at only £25 a night it was an absolute bargain and perfect for getting around! Only 10 minutes away from Chester Zoo and not much further from Cheshire Oaks and Blue Planet, its great for a little break.

I booked a gorgeous little room with a huge double bed – that was beyond comfy – that came with a great selection of free teas and coffees that you could help yourself too, as well a lovely little chair that overlooked the courtyard so you could sit back and relax. The room also had an iron, a hairdryer and a selection of toiletries – just in case you’d forgotten something!

The house played host to a gorgeous little dog, who loved having a cuddle, and came with a ‘guest lounge’ where you could sink into a huge comfy sofa and enjoy uninterrupted some tv on more rainy cold nights. (pictured above)

In the morning my host had left out a full selection of breakfast treats, at no extra cost, that I could tuck into and enjoy, including fresh blueberries and yoghurt, toast and a variety of fruity muesli.

My host Angela was lovely and on hand to help with anything, whilst perfectly respecting my space and allowing me to make myself at home and really settle in. So if you’re looking for somewhere to stay for  a night away in Chester check out ‘Hoole House From Home B&B’.

Let me know if you give it a go or if you’ve anywhere else to recommend, I know I’ll be booking here again for my next event!
