I’ve recently come back from a family holiday in Mallorca and whilst there we visited Lola Mallorca. We loved it so much, I thought I’d do a quick review!
Based in the busy restaurant streets of Cala Dor, you will find Lola Mallorca. It can only be described as a Instagrammers dream. Each ‘upcycled’ table had a cactus, there were flamingos and beautiful lighting.
We went one night (I’ll admit, because I fancied the waiter working in the bar opposite!) and were pleased to meet a lovely waitress who was great to talk to. Whilst enjoying our drinks a waiter (with an amazing beard) brought us some Pinchos to taste test for free. They were made with the freshest of prawns and Spanish meat.
We were so impressed that we went back the following day. We had the ‘Cheesy chips’ (I must admit I put the IBS diet on hold for this) which had bacon and truffle mayo. And oh my word it was the best thing I’ve had in a while. We ordered nachos as a side, thinking there wouldn’t be enough food but it could have feed three or more and only added up to 20 euros (with drinks!)
While I’m here I must recommend the homemade lemonade. We had the strawberry flavour and the Moroccan Mint and they were so good! Perfect and refreshing for a hot day, with the sun on your face and the sea salt in your hair.
You can find them on Facebook or on Insta by searching @lolamallorca_ and it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re on your holidays! Tell em I sent you 🙂
