Vegan Banana Bread

I’m back with another classic, super easy recipe that you can follow whilst in lockdown!


  • 3 x large bananas
  • 75ml vegetable oil
  • 50g sugar
  • 225g self raising flour
  • A big splash of plant milk

*We always add chocolate and nuts into ours, but you can add anything you enjoy, cinnamon usually works well!

Mix together well – you don’t want any lumps of banana! Then put in a greased loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees (fan) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
