Yoghurt & Spice Roasted Salmon

Hopefully you’ve been enjoying my latest set of Lockdown recipes! Here’s another one that we have absolutely loved and takes about 15 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • Skinless Salmon Fillets
  • 4 tbsp of greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp of garlic granules
  • 1 tbsp harissa
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime

Mix all your ingredients together and then coat the salmon fillets in the marinade. Pop it in the oven for 10 minutes (or until cooked through) and enjoy! We eat ours with rice or noodles, but I reckon this would make the perfect tacos.
